5.NEMS/MEMS Capacitive device Tech for smart devices.

Scalable Integration of High-Performance MEMS Capacitive Structures. This technology enables a wide range of novel MEMS and NEMS devices through its innovative capacitive structure, which significantly enhances electrostatic force and sensitivity at low operating voltages.
